I am so excited to offer Dr. Karyl McBride's Will I Ever Be Good Enough (WIEBGE) five-step recovery program to my clients! I have seen first hand my clients experience amazing growth and change using her recovery model to understand narcissism and its powerful effects on both brain and body. I've seen hope restored to so many of my clients that once were hopeless using Dr. McBride's model. My clients have gone on to create and foster healthy relationships with not only themselves, but also others.
Ashley is a seasoned therapist dealing with all things narcissism, she is a Board Certified Christian Therapist & Marriage and Family Therapist. She specializes in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), anger management, EMDR (eye movement and reprocessing therapy) as well as narcissism. She has provided hope to so many who are overwhelmed dealing with a narcissistic partner, family member, friend or co-worker. Ashley pursued her education obtaining a masters degree. She continues to further her education, most recently being trained in EMDR (eye movement and desensitization reprocessing therapy) which is incorporated seamlessly in Dr. McBride's model.
She is available to meet both in person or via Telehealth. Her sessions are $165 per hour. She also offers quick 30 minute sessions which her established clients value as well as new clients needing help or direction quickly. She works with individuals as well as couples, men, women, teens and families.
