I am certified in Dr. McBride’s WIEBGE 5-step recovery model and EMDR therapy – an excellent combination of tools to treat anyone suffering from exposure to a narcissistic parent or loved one. Over the years I’ve worked with hundreds of clients recovering from all types of trauma, including trauma from narcissistic parents and spouses. Trauma leaves us with feelings of not being good enough, not loveable, not smart enough, anger/rage, self-hate, depression, anxiety, fear, feeling unworthy, not safe, second guessing ourselves, etc., etc. We can change all of this through the use of Dr. McBride’s recovery model. With effort and time we can heal from the effects of trauma and its resulting negative beliefs and behaviors and move on to experience the feelings of self-love, joy, peace, and happiness we all have at the core of our being.
I moved to the St. Cloud, MN area from Spokane, WA in May of 2016. I am licensed to practice in Washington and Minnesota and would be able to work with you by phone, FaceTime or Skype if you don’t have a provider near you or don’t live in the St. Cloud area.
