Dr. McBride’s 5-step recovery model has been a remarkable reframe of how we can understand being a child of a narcissistic parent. I came to this training because I am a therapist and coach always seeking to grow professionally. But I also arrived here through lived experience. I was able to engage in a professional development workshop that doubled as personal growth. This training has enabled me to assist others in a very approachable way.

I’m a trained psychotherapist, coach, energy healer, and aromatherapist, and I love blending a deeply intuitive approach into everything I do. By weaving together psychospiritual and metaphysical tools, I create a holistic experience that’s tailored to your unique journey. I’m passionate about celebrating the diversity of Spirit, and embracing inclusion, and I truly believe in the magic of working together.
