Therapist Referral Network

Esra Nihan Bridge, LMFT (Online in Bucks County, PA and International)

Dr. Karyl McBride’s 5 step recovery model provided me the structure that I need working with adult children of narcissistic mothers. This model also provided me with a lot of journaling questions and I found it very valuable for clients.

As a culturally competent therapist with extensive international experience, I enjoy working with individuals and couples from all backgrounds. I cater to a variety of clients, and I specialize in relationship issues, family conflicts, and relational trauma. Using evidence-based psychotherapy methods, I love helping my clients overcome and persevere no matter how they might have felt when they first came to me. I am passionate about helping people gain insight into their thoughts, unhelpful beliefs, and behavioral patterns that hold them back in life.

My approach is warm, genuine, and compassionate. My work is most heavily informed by attachment theory and I utilize evidence-based psychotherapy methods and mindfulness in the sessions. My training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman Method Couple Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) allow me the flexibility and freedom to customize my approach based on my client's needs. I also provide Brainspotting which can help processing traumatic memories and healing symptoms of emotional distress.

I provide services both in English and Turkish. Please feel free to reach out to me through www.bridgerelationshiptherapy.com.
