Jan Smith, MS MFT, LMFT (Online only TX and IA) – Level II Certification
Even before I had taken the WIEBGE (Will I Ever Be Good Enough?) training and certification, I was using the book to aid clients. As soon as I read the book, I knew it would be a great resource and healing comfort for many of my clients who were dealing with issues from being in relationship with Narcissistic Abusers. Whether parental or significant others, the abuse can be isolating and shaming. Working with someone who understands narcissistic abuse and the effectiveness of the 5 step recovery model can be healing and freeing. Many of my clients starting this process have come back in with tears of joy after starting the process by reading the book. They were so relieved to know that others understood what they were experiencing. And that there was hope for release from the emotional trap.
I work with individuals to regain their lives after narcissistic abuse, to address codependency issues, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties, in addition to couples counseling. I accept private pay. Currently, my office is in Northern Austin, TX in Round Rock.
