Dr. Karyl McBride’s WIEBGE (Will I Ever Be Good Enough?) therapist-training informs my work and I am certified in her 5-step recovery model. I became interested in the effects of narcissistic abuse as I have observed that so many of my clients do, indeed, seem to have a narcissistic parent, and that this leaves a person with deep uncertainty about his or her own inherent worth. I see that all of my clients need to develop unconditional love and caring for themselves and the child they once were, in order to be able to move forward in their lives.
I am multicultural, offering counseling in Spanish, French, and English. Other special areas of focus in my practice are: encouraging creativity, healing pet grief, and assisting with new mother concerns.
I am a BCBS PPO provider, and also can provide a receipt for clients who wish to pay out of pocket and seek out-of-network reimbursement from their own insurance companies. Many of my clients choose to use self-pay instead of insurance. The fee is $150.00 per 55-minute session.
