As you embark on this journey you want someone who can understand your experience. I have been in the business of helping people through tough times and specifically adult children of narcissistic mothers in my career over the past 16 years. I have recently completed my training in Dr. McBride's five-step recovery model and I am looking forward to using this protocol with my clients. This is my passion and I credit the great teachers and therapists I have had in my lifetime.
I can work long distance over SKYPE, although I believe in person therapy is best. I am on a few insurance panels, charge a reasonable cash price for those I don’t take, and I work with women, men & couples.
