I discovered Will I Ever Be Good Enough? Healing the Daughters of Narcissistic Mothers about five years ago amidst my own personal journey of healing and acceptance as a daughter of a narcissistic mother. I used the book for my own journey along with therapy and then decided that I wanted to learn more in order to help others through my private practice here in Montana. I look forward to taking what I learned in my own journey as a daughter and through the professional training I received from Dr. McBride in guiding and helping others on their journeys towards acceptance and love.
I have been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Montana since January of 2011. I have been in private practice since 2012 working with children, families and adults focusing on family systems, attachment and trauma. I am able to provide phone sessions for private pay clients and will hopefully have the ability in the near future to provide video sessions as well. I accept most insurance plans including Medicaid and do have a sliding scale. I work with children, families, men, and women and am an LGBTQ ally.
