My name is Roger Hughes.  I am currently an ICF Certified Life Coach and CDC Certified Divorce Coach residing in Littleton, Colorado. I had previously worked for 25 years as a psychotherapist which involved working with individuals and couples, trauma, family of origin issues, codependence, and high-conflict personalities.

I became aware of Dr. Karyl McBride’s work a few years ago when my wife, Jill Hughes, took Dr. McBride’s training, which she found to be a valuable addition to her understanding and effectiveness with survivors of narcissism. After reading Dr. McBride’s books and seeing the wisdom in her approach, I decided to take the training as well.

The 5-step WIEBGE recovery model developed by Dr. Karyl McBride is a comprehensive, cohesive, and effective approach to a complicated and critical area of trauma and recovery. Her approach reflects years of experience in counseling and mapping an effective healing path for survivors of narcissistic abuse.

Survivors of narcissism too often have to navigate through a painful and bewildering maze, both internally and externally, created by the experience of narcissism. Unfortunately, overcoming this experience is not intuitive and may require a specialized approach. I look forward to facilitating the healing and recovery process for those looking to grow beyond the confines of surviving narcissism into the fullness of who they can become.
