I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in narcissistic abuse recovery, trauma, grief, and healing the mother wound. I help women navigate the lasting effects of emotionally unavailable or narcissistic relationships, including emotional neglect, childhood trauma, self-doubt, guilt, family estrangement, and the grief of unmet relationship expectations.
With personal understanding of long-term no contact and complicated family grief, I recognize how painful and emotionally exhausting these experiences can be. Many of the women I work with have spent years longing for healthy love, validation, and emotional safety while repeatedly experiencing disappointment, confusion, or invalidation.
My counseling style is gentle, trauma-informed, and deeply attentive to matters of the heart. I incorporate Dr. Karyl McBride’s 5-Step Recovery Model to help clients process painful experiences, strengthen boundaries, rebuild self-worth, and reconnect with themselves in healthier ways.
