Rev. Sheri Heller, LCSW is a Montreal based therapeutic coach, certified Ericksonian hypnotherapist and ordained interfaith minister with over three decades of clinical and supervisory experience in the public and private sectors of NYC. Her areas of expertise pertain to the comprehensive treatment of complex trauma rooted in child abuse and trauma incurred from narcissistic abuse. Sheri also specializes in women’s issues and provides therapeutic coaching designed to strengthen self-love so that potentials can be actualized, goals can be attained and a life of thriving can ensue.
Sheri is also a free-lance writer, a playwright and the creator of a therapeutic theater event for at-risk women and girls in the public sector of NYC. Her journey of recovery was told through an animated film short by OC87 Recovery Diaries and aired on PBS in 2017. She authored A Clinicians Journey from Complex Trauma to Thriving: Reflections on Abuse, C-PTSD and Reclamation and a book of short stories titled Women on the Edge. Lastly, Sheri is listed as a media resource for journalists and bloggers and has been quoted in various publications such as Forbes, Readers Digest, Psychology Today, Red Book, HuffPost and Cosmo.
